External URL for SM 9.52 Dashboards?

Jump to solution

Hi,

our users really like the dashboards. Now they are very interested wheather or not it is possible to access a dashboard directly by an URL, like the direct access of an Incident or Request. I already tried

http://<host>/webtier/dashboard.do?id=nnnnn

but this was not successful. With this only an empty page comes up.

Any ideas?

We use SM 9.52.

Best Regards

Volker

No, it's not possible by a direct user. What you can do is set the dashboard as the initial page, you need to be logged in SM to access the dashboard feature.

Thanks for your answer. I somehow expected this, even though my needs differ a little bit...
