Field contains an invalid numeric value

Jump to solution

Hello,

I  have created a field of number and sql data type to be float to have the Remedy ID populated. But whenever Remedy ID tried to be passed into this field it gives me error as "Field contains an invalid numeric value".

I am integrating with HPOO through webservices SOAP.

Please can anyone guide me how this can be corrected.

Instead of FLOAT, try INTEGER

First place to look is at the data that comes in from OO, and review the data in the "remedy ID" field.

Hello,

Thanks for the response. The value is been passed from HPOO but in HPSM is showing as null.

Thanks
