Get the number of sessions for SM Ports

Hi Team,

Our users can loginto SM with the following ports 13080 and 13081

Sometimes the user can loginto SM using port 13081 whereas can't login to SM using 13080.

The SM architecture is based on  Load Balancer.

Is there any possibilities of getting the number of sessions for both the ports 13080 and 13081?

Rgds,

Sanjeev

Yes it is possible to connect to both load balancer server and other routing ports.

Check your sm.cfg on LB for same.

It is weird that some users can connections only to one port, it should be because of licensing or thread limit. Or could be because of outage of one port and all connection are redirecting to their one. Depend on your architecture.
