Getting Error when trying to save record: required select on file 2 found no records

Jump to solution

Hi Experts,

While trying to save a problem, am getting " Required select on file 2 found no records"  error message.

Can anyone tell what is the cause of this error message.

I could see scmessage ID as 1730 for this message. But could not figure out from where this is getting called.

Could you please help me to find it out.

Thanks & Regards,

Jithisha

Hi,

Usually this means that there is a query in the Queries section of your formatctrl where the 'Required Query?' is set to true, or has a condition that evaluates to true.  In this case it says that the query in the 2nd position is the culprit.
