Graphical(phases wise) representation of Incident management like that of problem

Hi all, Is it possible to show phases for incidents graphically like that of problem management?

No, there is not. Incident tickets do not use a Phased workflow as with Problem and Change Management. There are not "phases" to present graphically.

In Service Manager 9.2x yes. You can search by any criteria and in the options pull down(upper right corner) select the graph you want. Then you can save it to the favorites by dragging it onto the System Navigator.

Hi Abhijit,

Justin is right about the creating the graphs.

But I did not get what does it mean by phase of incidents.Do you implemented some phases like worlflow  in incidents too?
