HP KM: Could not start the HP KM Search engine!!

Hello Team,

After the java upgrade, I am unable to start KM search engine. Please find the error from the logs file.

HP Service manager :9.33

Java version: 7 Update 71 64 Bit Java

Remember SM is still a 32bit application and will only talk to 32bit apps integrations and not 64bits integrations.

Is this a 32 or 64 bit windows?

What java did you upgrade?

If SOLR is running on a 32 bit machine then a 32 bit java needs to be used. If SOLR is running on a 64bit machine then a 64 bit java should be used. Service Manager doesn't care about this because this is SOLR specific.
