HP SM 9.34 - SRC 9.34 svc.option in the interaction

Dear expert

In my SRC, options are proposed.

We got approbation workflow.

When the interaction is created, the option does not appeared in the interaction : so the validor does not see the option to validate or not the request.

How to bring up "catalogue information" field containing svc.option in the interaction ?

Please check the thread below. It will help you figure out how to get the user input from SRC, which you can get from table name: svcCartItem, fieldname: options.

Hi 

if the svc.options field is blank in interaction , Write a JS ruleSet to query the svcCartItem table using the field sdID and return the svc.options 

Eg: You can set the field svc.options using a JS ruleset to fetch this value on after successfull add in your worfklow.
