HP SM 9.5 - Null pointer exception is thrown while downloading installation pack

Hello Team,

We are trying to download the installation pack of HP service manager 9.5 but after selecting quantity and sharing our details we are getting 'null pointer exception'. Please suggest the solution as we need to check with latest HP SM 9.5 and need to integrate it with our product.

We are using HP products through partner services.

Thanks in advance!

Re: HP SM 9.5 - Null pointer exception is thrown while downloading installation pack

Thanks but I would like to know while downloading installation pack of serviice manager 9.5 why null pointer error is appearing? The solution given below is when something is wrongly mentioned in the code which throws null pointer but here it is altogether different case with HP service manager 9.5. Just to add when I am trying to download HP service manager 9.4 english version this type of error is not appearing. Hence would like to know what are the probable reasons for such error whether it is with partner credentials or something else?

To help you in understand, i am sharing screenshot of steps performing to download the HP service manager 9.9.5 download.pngcust info.PNGNPE.PNGquantity.PNG
