HP Service Center Not starting Error

The following is the logs that am collecting from sc_readonly.log file when i try to start the hp service center. (Ie for intergration between crystal reports and hp service manager).

Sounds like it can't connect to your database.  Make sure you are using a supported database.  Make sure you have the right configuration in your INI file.  Make sure you have the right version of the database client installed.

This problem looks like a failure between SC and Oracle Client.

1 - Review your PATH to make sure that the correct 32-bit is set there if you can remove all others oracle client from the path. 

2 - Make sure that your oracle client 32 bit is correctly configured. You can use the sqlplus user@db to check. If it's possible, use the same user/password of SC and check if the version of oracle client printed is the same that you expected.

3 - Restart your server and try again.

Am using oracle database. I believe oracle client is well configured because service manager is using the same client and it is working. 

Am using oracle client client 12.1.0
