HP Service Manager 9.40 SSO on Windows 2012 R2.

Hi All,

I must configure Service Manager 9.40 SSO, but still I'm not able to skip username/password screen.

The environment is on Windows 2012 R2 server, with Tomcat 8 ans IIS. The IE is configured for automatically logon.

Certificates and https comunication are ok, but even with auth parameters set (tomcatAuthentication false),  the ussername/pasww screen is present.

Any idea?

Catalin.

In the <webtier>\WEB-INF\web.xml what is the value for 'isCustomAuthenticationUsed'? For Trusted Sign on it needs to be set to false.

For review you can upload the following:

<smrte>\RUN\sm.ini
<smrte>\RUN\sm.cfg

<webtier>\WEB-INF\web.xml
<webtier>\WEB-INF\classes\applicationContext.xml
