HP Service Manager Trial license expires

Jump to solution

Hello!
The trial license ends. I released a new one, added in the file "LicFile.txt" and restart the service.
The server accepts the license (he creates a new Instant-On code in the .xml-format  her self), but still says that the license will end soon (2 days).

Hello

For this, i would recommend to make sure that there is no other copy of the license file inside the server folder, even if it does not have the name licfile.txt

as well, you could run the command to update the licenses  -updatelicense, you can look for more information about this in the official documentation.

Hope this helps.
