HP Service Manager database field value is NULL
I have created a new field in the probsummary dbdict, and did some calculations over it in the format control.
when I test it I get the desired value in the RAD Debugger, however when I check its value in the database it is NULL.
So I am not able to extract reports for this field.
any idea what might be wrong?

1- dbdict where we can check the name of the new field
3- Form where the new field was placed
You can check your database whether the new field existed in your table.
if not, you can reupdate through sm and resync to your database. or you can also manually create it in your table in your databse.
