Re: HP Service Manager upgrade 9.33x-9.40

Hello Tom,

You are currently 9.33 P3 with PD.
We are not sure what version of PD do you have, however, you can follow this steps.

9.33 P3 PDCP3 -> 9.33 P3 PDCP4 -> 9.40 codeless -> 9.41 codeless
9.33 P3 PDCP3 -> 9.41 Hybrid   -> 9.41 codeless

For integration with other tools, you need to check its supportability with sm9.40

Re: HP Service Manager upgrade 9.33x-9.40

Hi Tom,

Q: We need to upgrade our service manager 9.33 P3 with out process desinger. How we can upgrade to 9.40 with process desinger?

A: If you have not applied process designer, then following upgrade paths you can select one of them, according to your target process designer mode:

9.33 -> 9.33 + PDCP4 -> 9.40 codeless -> 9.41 codeless

9.33 -> 9.33 + PDCP4 -> 9.41 codeless

9.33 -> 9.33 + PDCP3 -> 9.41 hybrid -> 9.41 codeless
