Review the Notifications section in the Help Server:

http://docs.software.hpe.com/SM/9.50/Codeless/Content/status/concepts/notifications.htm

Then review the records in your system and try to understand how they work

You will probably need to create a new row in the "SM Add" notification for a new message to be sent to your Service Desk.

Review the Notification record of "SM Add".  You may just need to add new one there.

I'm sorry but modification of 'SM ADD' or 'SM Update' tables has no effect. Maybe I should restart some services after modification?

What modifications to those did you make?

Are you using Process Designer at all?
