Hi all,

I need your help, My HPSM 9.40 stop sending emails, the below is the sm.ini configuration:

# Outbound Email

smtphost:outlook.phpc.local
smtpport:25
smtpTLS:0
mailFrom:ServiceManager940@phpc.net
clean
keepmail

From command line type :eventout

Mass delete all the records.

Just uncomment smtp parameter.

Thanks tom,

it works but I had to stop the sm service faslty because it started to send old emails to the users, could you please advise how can I prevent the system from sending those old emails?
