HPSM 9.51 inbound email condition
I'm trying to make use of the new email inbound feature.
I had the condition when subject contain certain word. e.g. contain "fund" and "usd" open interaction case with subcategory "US Fund" ,when contain "fund" and "TWD" subcategory will be "TWD FUND".
do like to seek advice should do above condtion in the SM callback field or in the pre script tab? and how to go about doing so as it seem taht I wasn't about to use indexof in the callback wizard query.
