We have HPSM 9.30
Can you please list for me all the features in the new HPSM? (other than the normal Modules like Interaction/Incident/Problem/Change/Request)
The thing is that our management want to check different products such SCSM but at the same time we need to convince them that HPSM is better than SCSM.
Of course all the products have Incidents/Problems/Change/Request/SLM... but the features / functionalities what makes the product better.
I heard that the new hpsm has built-in calendar, surveys, chat-ops, ...
Can you please list the features??
