HPSM is capturing resolution time as NA. How can this be corrected
I have seen this unique problem for some incidents. The resolution time is gettign captured as NA. the response time displays a valid duration. Has anyone faced this issue and if yes, could you please let me know how you resolved it? This is impacting my SLA calculations
Usually, the time stamp of any event setting up in FormatControl. Do you have such setting in your FormatControl about - resolution time (using event, like new status = "Resolved") ?
