HPSM - problem with Request Task - Request can not change phase

Jump to solution

Hello guys,

I have a problem with Request which can not change phase.

2017-09-04_131725.jpg

Do you know in which field, LINK or RuleSet is function that checks all related tasks in system.

Or there is some field on this Request that I can change that we can close this Request. We haven't implemented Request Task for this current customer but customer opened "New Task", we disabled it now but we need to close this Request.

Best regards,

Dino

I guess you mean a ruleset called "common.taskplan.ticket.phase.change". It's located in the Object record.

But could you simply purge the unwanted Request Task?

Hey @Kelalek2,

I have purged data from requestTask table but I got the same message.

I have pushed this request manually (with falcon) to Resolved status.

Best regards,

Dino

Interesting. I've simply purged the unwanted the tasks away, but got to admit, I did not test this in OOB environment, so might be my solution applies only to our custom SM 9.41 environment!

Also, I've asked from helpdesk some hotfixes that improve the way how the model's tasks are handled. In SM 9.41 OOB, the model engine is bugged, if your task model is not a straightforward one.
