Help server configuration in HP SM Client

What is the right way to configure help server in Preferences > Help > Help server? From browser http://IP/SM_help/ is working, but SM client can't open page, I have http 403 error and website decline to show this webpage. Tried many different thing and always error

There is an issue that will be fixed in a patch of SM 9.30. You can work around this issue by renaming your "online help directory" on the Apache (or IIS, depending on which web server you are using) from SM_help to just help. Since that was the directory name in older versions of Service Manager, the clients assume the help part of the URL, which will be addressed in a patch.
