you can go to activity table and via expert search you can query to retrieve the incidents as per requirement.

Many thanks Zafar for your reply, only thing i wanna ask is when i go to activity table all the fields are disabled and i can only search the activities from day 1 not for a specific date or incident. Any guess?

in expert search you need to type query like (type="Assignment" or type"Reassignment")
Point here is that it will retrieve tickets only when "Assignment" and "Reassignment" is configured in "activityaction" table to capture the Activity in Historical Activity tab on the ticket.

Hi Muddassir,

My system is the same when I view the activity table all fields are read-only however I can still go to the Options menu and select "Expert Search" and type in a query

e.g type="Open"

Then from Options menu select "Mass Unload"

It will read only.
You need to right click and select expert search option, then u'll get one window box where u need to write query as per need
You can query based on all the fields except "Activity Number"

You can know the fields name via "ctrl+h". For ex: type="Assignment" or number="IM12345" etc....

Once you got the results u can export to excel
