How can we configure multiple SLA for different companies

Hi Expert,

I require urgent support to configure multiple SLA for different companies. Note we don't have multi tenancy feature on the system.

Version SM:9.33 P3

Here if am selecting one record, One SLA is applied. Any one can help with this request.

We are using 9.33 and document which you sent for 9.41

Note: we aren't using process designer!!

remove the default SLA part and rather configure independenty.

Put field in company table and based on this field and company name configure condition in your sla. Populate values from company table to your tikcet and from ticket condition configure your sla condition.
