How to add Historic Activities functionality to Configuration Management

Hi ,

We are having SM7.11. Is there any functionality through which we can add Historic Activities functionality to Configuration Management, basically on form configurationItem.g . Or else is there any OOB functionality present to which I'm unknow, so please let me know.

The Historic Activities functionality should be similar to one present in Incident Management module.

We just want to capture CI details updated , by whom, & When .

There is a white paper published on how to add activities. Although it was written on the example of Change Management, it should still help to do it for Config as well:
