How to adding company code on Service Manager 9.3 windows.

Hi All,

 

How are you today,

I have request from  customer to adding company code (check box) on service manager.

For more details please see atachment.

Do you have step by step for do it?

OUt of box, if you enable multi-tenant/multi-company mode, the company field will display on several forms (area/sub-area, CI, etc.) 

It is usually implemeted as a drop down and includes the companies defined in the company table. However, there's no reason you could't tailor a radio button to select the company (assuming that only one company can be selected per ticket, a radio button would be a better approach than checkboxs, as the checkboxes each require a unique field).
