Jump to solution

Hi Experts,

My requirement is to append a new line of data at the last line of title field. For this wrote below script in script library.

if(rc== RC_SUCCESS)
{

do
{
installFile.wpoptstatus="Superseded";
installFile.title=installFile.title+". This RFC has been superseded by "+supersedeNo;
installFile.doUpdate();
}while( installFile.getNext() == RC_SUCCESS);
}

current result:

How to add new data as next line with already existing data in title field.

In this case, you can use the \n to break line on a character field.

The matrix of character (i.e description) are arrays, which line being one position of it, in this case the push function.
