How to automatically create problem ticket after incident ticket has been closed

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement to automatically create a problem ticket when a P1 or P2 incident ticket is closed. I have seen a few processes that works the same way on other modules such as kmmappedcreation for KM creation.

Any idea how I can do this on problem ?

What version of Service Manager are you using?  If you're using 9.4x or higher, for which modules do you have Process Designer enabled?

I am using SM version 9.41 OOTB. All modules have Process Designer.
