How to avoid creating unnecessary tickets through Smart Email?

Hi,

Smart Email feature has been implemented in my SM 960 application. But, if any user even says "Hi" then also one ticket is getting created in SM.

I was wondering whether there's any way out to avoid unnecessary ticket creation through Smart Email feature or not.

Please let me know your valuable inputs regarding the same.
