No problem.

First, some information for you.

Which tables use the Advanced Find and what forms those screens used is determined by the "SearchConfig" table in Service Manager.

If a table has an entry in the SearchConfig table, then the system will use the Advanced Find application when searches are performed. From the SearchConfig records, you can also set permissions - who is allowed to search this table - as well as set up some parameters for common searches (by date, or all open or all closed, ect).

So, rather than just give the answer, do this:

Type db in the command window

In the Table field, put "SearchConfig"

Then, search for the record for the contacts table.

In the "Search Format" field, you'll see the name of the actual form that is being used on that screen. Edit that in Form Designer as you normally would.
