How to configure SM Dashboard Auto Refresh for a defined interval

Dears,

Kindly suggest how to schedule refresh button on dashboard to auto refresh after every 1 minute, for SM 9.4 (PDCP).

Not able to find what is the DS/DO storing refresh button for Dashboard.

HI All,

As a workaround i am using one application "Move Mouse" to auto refresh sm dashboard, its working for me at the moment, simple and easy, no istallation required, try if you same similar issue as with SM9.4 i did not find any thing to autorefresh dashboard. Below is the link for Move Mouse application.

Hope some one can suggest so can have a permanenet solution.

It's not officially supported in 9.40. And it's supported in 9.50 release.

Thanks, i know its part of SM 9.5 OOB, but how can i enable same in SM9.4 as my customer is on SM9.4? Kindly suggest.

It's not supported in 9.40.

What you can do as a workaround is export your reports to a file folder by report scheduler, and then setup an IIS/Apache to view those reports, and setup the refresh in IIS/Apache.

Thanks, but i think it wont work for my client, as we are displaying a sm dashboard on a screen, and same dashboard have to be refreshed, so people on the floor see graphs based upon data in sm (tickets).

Do you know what is the DS/DO been used for dashboard, so i can configure the refresh button to automate it, as previously i had done same for todo page.
