How to copy date field from Interaction to quote and hence to lineitem

Jump to solution

Dear experts,
In our environment, An Interaction record is created by submitting catalog from third party portal to HPSM via restful API, using svcCartItem.
There is a "Desired Date" which is a date/time field pushed to interaction record.
However we need to push this same field to the related quote and evntually to the line items.

Tried to use fc of ocml.default and also link of ocml.copy.quote and screlate.incidents.ocmq.
Still unable to get this "Desired Date" field pushed to the line items.
Please advice.

Regards
PB

Try the screlate.incidents.ocmq.svcCat link in SM9.3x.

Does the Catalog Item use the Open New Request connector? If so, try using the screlate.incidents.request.svcCat link record, and add your link expression for the field there.

Hi Mike,
Yes, the connector does use- "Open New Request connector". I cannot find the screlate.incidents.request.svcCat link record.
