I already checked the configuration from Display Option and Actions tab from Workflow still no luck.

Does anyone have an experience on this?

Cheers,

Also check that transition line in your workflow that runs from Categorization to Closure.

If it's a manual transition it will show up as a button with the same Command Name as defined on the transition.

Yeah, that's the one you're looking for. If you drill down into the closeme command from there, it will take you to an scmessage record with the text "Close Invalid Request"
