How to get ESS tickets to be submitted as a request for administration and not an incident?

Is there any way to get tickets submitted via ESS to come in as a request for an administration and not an incident?

Hello wbh13,

Your question is very strange. 

From ess you create interactions/call using simple generic form or catalog. Both ways can generate, automatically or not, requests and incidents.

Please elaborate it more.
