How to get fiels from service catalog to incident procces

I need to pass the fields that are parameterized in the service catalog to the incident module

Incident process - do you mean probsummary table ?

And what exactly fields do you need to pass ?

You might be referring to a user selection from the service catalog...Check below from the previous post if this can help.

Hi .

Incident process - do you mean probsummary table ? yes the table is probsummary

And what exactly fields do you need to pass ?  when you configure in service catalog you can configure fields for extra information from the users.

This is field with XML data wich contain all user selection.
