How to get "elapsed time" from running slo

Hi All,

Is there anyway we can get elapsed time from running slo (with status Running and Suspended)? Since the running ticket that hasn't reach the sla target date has blank elapsed time.

Thanks before,

Lili

The total elapsed time in a sloresponse record can be calculated by

   tod() - start.time in $file

if the slo is still running. This will not take into account any calendars.

tod() is a function which returns the Time of Day, the actual date/time.
