Jump to solution

Hi, folks.

I would like to hide the view window, which shows the list of interactions.

I know that I can change the size of the view window to small but cannot hide it.

Please refer to the screenshot attached.

Any approaches and suggestions are aprreciated.

Shuta

Hi Shuta,

Just click two times on the tree dots and the QBE will hide. To show again, click on the arrow on right.

Hi,

In SM GUI client you can turn it off using this option: Window > Preferences > Appearance > Show record List and in the web tier there is a parameter called  "viewrecordlist" that could put in false.
