How to import a unl file

hi I took export of format designe i want to import it back so please tell me how to do that.

and i done import in database manager importing but not showing in format designe

You can follow the steps mentioned in the help server:

Before you load the unload by database manager, you can click on "List Contents" button to check what's in the unl file.
