How to send out an email notification to tech when a customer leaves an update on ESS ticket

Hello,

How can I send out an email notification to tech when a customer leaves an update on ESS ticket. I'm having trouble getting the workflow to send out the email.

I see the value update action and update action ess, but I can get the workflow working. 

Any advice?  I've attached a picture of my workflow at the moment.

hope you are doing well.Are you using PD? I believe this functionallity is OOB no? what are exactly the steps you are following?

Hi, Can you please share if your issue is resolved ? If yes then you can post the answer here, it ll help others too. If not then you can log a case with HP Software support or Professional Services for customization requests.
