Re: How to set owner name in the Interaction Modules

You want to Default the Change Owner field to the person who is the 1st Change Assignee? is it right?
This can be done using Formatctrl- Calculations

initial                 : not null(<assignee field name> in $file) and (null(<change owner field name> in $file)
calculation        : <change owner field name> in $file=<assignee field name> in $file)

make sure Assignee name is not blank.

Re: How to set owner name in the Interaction Modules

You can have this logic into your update process. (before update ruleset)

if the owner is not null then owner equal with modifier.
