ITSM DM 3.1.: ERROR.

[ERROR] The process cannot access the file 'C:\Users\rbsMOShpsm\AppData\Local\Temp\setMemoryPS.bat' because it is being used by another process..

Often when I fullfil any packages it error appears and the step hang. So I need to restart full package. It's awful.

Please, help me.

In ProcessExplorer I see that it resource was blocked by system.

It used to be supported in HP LiveNetwork but it got moved here.

From HPLN.

If you're ready to try out Deployment Manager, please visit our Downloads section and grab a release. Version 3.1x is our  current official release. Our Release Policy document gives you critical information regarding the differences between versions, so please take a look and if you have any questions, please contact us using our Support Forum; our team is constantly monitoring for your feedback!

 Note: Our Support Forum has been moved to the Service Manager community on Lithium.

I blelieve thi is not supported by SM team support, please correct me if i am wrong.
