Yes sure, but in this case you will need to set a default contact for the ticket...
How are you opening these tickets automatically? Are you using SmartMail , Connect or what?

Can you show your configuration at the SmartMail of the defaultOperator?
You need to set both useDefaultOperator to true and a valid defaultOperator.
Also, set the log level to debug and attach the log with the error. It should work..

Hi 

what role have you set for "Yash Varshney" ? once you open operator record of Yash Varshney, navigate to "Self Service" Tab and confirm if their is check box againt "Self Service access only?". if yes remove it and try.

can you change the name to admin account, like falcon for testing purpose.

Also share the logs.
