Re: In Sm, I want to hide few fields for specific roles

It depends on how concerned you are about the visibility of these fields. The best way is do it on the Data Police, so you are sure that this will be enforced all over the system (mind that you also need to think about related tables, like Todo). Manual: https://docs.microfocus.com/SM/9.60/Codeless/Content/tailor/environment_configuration/concepts/data_policy.htm
If it's just a soft hidden and you don't actually need to hide the information from the user but have a specific form you can either create a specific form for this role and set it on the DS, FC or Phase (depending on your system version) or if it's just few fields, you can use the DVD conditions, check the format dep.g to understand the possibilities.

I just want to add a screenshot where to modify the data policy of "cm3r" for example.
