Integration with Operation Bridge

Once we perform all the integration steps betweek O Mi & SM then the event do get registered in SM & also the incident id gets updated in the event.

 

Issue: After few hours the integration stops working. I can see that the OMi tries to make a connection but times out. Also there are errors in SM log which relates to unable to create incidents.

 

I want to know if there are any queue on SM that can be deleted.

 

Any other hint is welcomed.

hope you are doing fine.

 

Yes sure, please go to the SM command line and type "eventin". In that table you will need to check if there is a queue of interactions due to the integration.

What you need to do is delete it (could be a mass delete) and then SM will be able to connect.

Sounds like your System field on your Incident ticket is not being populated by OM.  If it is supposed to, you should look into OM to see what the problem is. 

 

If it's not necessary, then you could tailor SM to either bypass the validation that is triggering, hard-code a value, or possibly do a look-up and populate a value based on other criteria.

Hi TomPowe, As mentioned earlier the ticket were getting registered from OMi to SM but stopped with a day.

 

All the mandatory fields were hard coded in SM.

Hi,

It's looks like you delete CI (or change type from "bizservice") from deivice table. 

Check value in the affected.item field.  

Validation message  comming from fc "probsummary".

@Carlos_V_SM eventin suggested is not applicable for REST, which is used in case of SM

Hello SB_RRK.

 

the BDM mapping is customized or is OOB? for me it looks like the mapping configuration is missing something or is not the correct.

could you please send a trace when an event is send from BDM to SM?
