Is it possible to embed a shortcut reply for agent in chat?

When an end user initiates a chat with a live agent, can we provide a list of shortcut replies for an agent to click on?  For example, "I will be back in 5 minutes", or "Let me get back to you end of day"., etc.   Ideally, this would be available off from the menu located to the upper right of the Chat window to include "Quick Replies" or something like that.

Unfortunately it is not possible to customize the shortcuts.
I recommend a robotype, you can also create an ER.
