Issue after import of production base

Jump to solution

Hi Experts,

I'm having an issue  in a test environment where DB people put a copy of our production base. After that, we are not able to start the Service manager application neither log in.

-These are the main errors I got from sm.log

Can you please give any clue of what is happening?

E  SQL code=1007 message=ORA-01007: variable not in select list
RTE E API=OCIStmtExecute [in sqociSelect], Statement=SELECT * FROM DATADICTM1 WHERE "NAME"=:Y

E  SQL code=904 message=ORA-00904: "M1"."USER_SID": invalid identifier
RTE E API=OCIStmtExecute [in sqociSelectSome], Statement=SELECT m1."RECORD_KEY" FROM SYSLOGM1 m1 WHERE ((m1."USER_SID"='')) ORDER BY m1."RECORD_KEY" ASC

I'm also attaching a log file (Debug parameters on)

Appreciate your help,

Cristian.

Hello

Once the db refresh was done for your test environmnet did you do the following

a) run the command sm - unlockdatabase

or

b) go to infooldm1 table and delete scdb.system and restart the SM services .
