Issue with Scheduler

Hi Experts,

 

We are getting the below status every time after rescheduling the scheduler that we are using for importing files.

"application failed due to error - check msglog for possible messages"

file.import.new is the application we are using.

 

Can anyone suggest me a solution.

That message is vague.   Did you find any coorrelated messages in the msglog?  If no, I would trace the background scheduler process.

Check the logs.
First thing I'd check would be the file path.
