Issue with querystored on ESS form

Hi Everyone,

Under the Self Service tab of an operator record, I have set the Self Service Starting Page to "View Open Requests".
When that operator logs in to ESS (he's got 3 open requests), I noticed that it always displays the first open record displaying the full form instead of the result of the stored query using the QBE form. It's the same result when I use the "View Close Requests". I noticed that it's the same for all that uses querystored.

Would appreciate any ideas on how I can fix the issue and where to start looking.
