KM Document Working Copy with No Change

My system migrated Knowledge documents from our old Service Center system to Service Manager 9.21. There are some Working Copies that transfered over but are unable to be Edited, Retired, and have no respective change open for them. Because of this they are set to expire at a particulare proid of time and are not able to be updated or modified because there is no option to do so.

Did the following to fix it:

db

kmdocument with admin

type in working copy ID

Delete WorkingCopy in SM

Go to Original

use new Displayscreen to Create Working Copy

Confirm and Check for change
