Each row in the spreadsheet will need to be exported into its own xml file (i.e. one xml file per each row). You could review this Microsoft Knowledge Document on regarding possible methods to accomplish this: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Create-an-XML-data-file-and-XML-schema-file-from-worksheet-data-e35400d4-0e10-4669-9a50-59a8c57d677e.

Once you have the xml file you can follow my Knowledge Document on what required fields are needed in order to successfully import the xml files into Service Manager Knowlege Management using the KMImport Utility:  https://softwaresupport.hpe.com/group/softwaresupport/search-result/-/facetsearch/document/KM752506

So each row in the spreadsheet represents an individual knowledge document or the entire spreadsheet is one knowledge document?

Can you please further elaborate on the format required for the Knowledge Document XML structure for import.  A fully formed example covering ALL the fields, how to handle date types (I am specifically interested in expiration.date), should really be provided to allow people to utlise the tool effectively.

Currently, the Expiration Date does not appear to be able to be set.  I have added the field expriration.date to the kmdocument External Access Definition, but this defaults to the environment set variable of 12 months from the current date.
