Knowledge Management: Fill in Advanced search is not working after upgrade to version 9.51
Last year I upgraded a customer Service Manager solution from version 9.33 to version 9.51.
After that the fill functions on the Advanced Search format (kmknowledgebase.advsearch.g) seems not to work anymore.
E.G. when I click the Fill button for the Associated Services (kmlib.logicalname) field, nothing happens.
We are using til old 9.33 version of the kmknowledgebase.advsearch.g format and kmquery link record..
How do we fix this?
