Knowledge Management - Remove Expired Changes in the Queue

Hi,

 

In Knowledge Management - A new Change will be added when a working copy is created for the KM Document and it appears in the Change Queue as per the workflow, once the edited KM Document is published, KM Change record has to be closed automatically.

 

Autoclosure of KM Change record is not happening for few. What could be the fault?

 

 

When i search for that change, there is a message:

Close this change. The workingcopy document associated with this change no longer exists.

 

How to remove these Expired Changes?

check the next process tab for the process record "cm.approve", it should have the call the new process which should have RAD "cm.close"
